Geoff is responsible for Business Development in the Southeast Region. Based in Florida, Geoff develops and maintains client relationships. Geoff has spent the majority of his diverse and independent business career in Alberta, Canada with a background in capital formation, corporate work-outs, value investing and long-term investing. Geoff’s previous positions include Partner at Peters & Co. Limited, VP Corporate Development at Canadian 88 Energy Corp. and President of Panache Investments Ltd.
National Sales Manager
Thomas is responsible for client and strategic development on the National level. Prior to joining ACM, Thomas held the position as CEO of United Healthcare of PA From 1992 to 1997 Pappas served as the Senior Vice President, Managing Principal and Global Sales & Marketing Manager for Johnson & Higgins, a global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in the areas of risk, strategy and human capital. Pappas has held a variety of roles for the Union League of Philadelphia, including Board Member, Vice President and President. Today, the transformative CEO is known on a national level for his accomplishments, the breadth of which have earned him numerous honors including the recent dedication of the Thomas N. Pappas Business Center at the Union League of Philadelphia. Thomas is a graduate of La Salle University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Business Development Specialist
Michael is responsible for the support of ACM’s Business Development staff and facilitating frontline service with strategic advisors and prospective captive clients. Additional duties include support of ACM’s national marketing presence for mid market captives and administration of risk mitigation presentations and CPE credit educational seminars. Michael received his B.S. in Marketing from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
